Food banks provide a maximum of three parcels a year for desperate situations only. Help is available for people who may have fallen on hard times and have financial difficulties or otherwise.
The food bank will always provide information as to how they may seek help such as the Citizens Advice Bureau etc

Tinned soup and cuppa soups

Tinned fruit
Tins steak / minced beef
Tins chicken in soup
Tinned sweetcorn
Tinned vegetables
Tinned ham
Tinned fish
Tinned hot dogs / meatballs
Tins sponge pudding
Gravy granules
Rice pudding
Custard
Coffee, Tea bags
Sugar
Biscuits
Long life milk
Toilet rolls
No fresh foods please
Only tins, jars or packets
All foods must be well in date
Tuesday 1600-1700
Wednesday 1500-1600
Thursday 1500-1600.
Friday 1130-1230.
