On 16th September 2015, Sloan Medical Centre hosted our second meeting following our very successful inaugural meeting at Haughton Thornley Medical Centres.

Kennedy, Don Gooden -Supporting people with long term pain conditions to
increase confidence and improve self-management
2. Men at Work - Ben Rose and Andy Stockton
A support programme for fathers affected by family breakdown, helping fathers
have a positive relationship with their child and the child’s mother.
3. A&E or TLC programme – Phil Eddyshaw, Nur Ali, Theo
Stamose
Programme of work to reduce inappropriate use of A&E services and improve
parents confidence to manage childhood illness.
