The report highlights the actions of the PPG during 2014 and 2015 including the steps we have taken as a practice to invite patients to join the group, how we have received feedback and the 3 priority areas the PPG chose to lead on
Considering the generally poor health of patients in our area we wanted to improve the health and wellbeing of patients in the practice and the wider community
To widen and increase the membership of the PPG
To raise awareness of the Food bank scheme and the urgency for the community to support the scheme
