Can I have an appointment with the doctor, please?
On 13th December 2017, Muslim ladies from the Bangladeshi community in Hyde from Haughton Thornley Medical Centres, Brooke surgery and Donneybrooke surgery along with Dr Anis and Kathryn Ley, practice manager from Brooke surgery came together to discuss this important topic. This was following an earlier meeting held by the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership and led by Maqsood Ahmed where he had asked ladies in the community from the Bangladeshi community to rise up as leaders and to ask questions about the pertinent issues that mattered to them and their loved ones. Below is the discussion that took place and listen to what happened.
